Skilled Building Maintenance is a small, owner‑operated building maintenance service based in Geelong Victoria, focused on the kind of repairs, rectification work and practical improvements that keep properties in solid condition.

The business was set up with three simple values in mind: Quality work, Punctuality, and Cost‑effectiveness.

With 30+ years of hands‑on experience across domestic and commercial construction and maintenance, SBM is set up to handle the jobs that are too involved for a quick DIY patch, but not big enough to justify the expense of a large construction crew and it’s administration overheads.

Being an efficiently sized operation means you deal directly with the person doing and overseeing the work, so nothing gets lost between the quote and the tools actually coming out of the van.
